We wear our hearts on our sleeve.
Our Philosophy isn’t limited to the industry we’re in but permeates into the way we believe business should be done. We look at it three ways:
1. Positive Economics
Positive Economics is what we call our way of doing business. We believe that people are more valuable than the bottom line and we run our business as such. Positive Economics seeks to balance the value structure and empower the people in the company, which we believe will grow the business in a more organic way, giving it flexibility and stability. We believe that the quality of life for everyone in the company is more important than maximizing cash flow for a few. Or as we say around the office/worksite; Power to the People!
2. Social Responsibility
What is our motivation? Is it to build a reputable company? Yes. Is it to be the best at what we do? Yes. Is it to constantly innovate and improve? Yes. We asked ourselves all the usual questions that pertain to our industry and the way business is done and then we asked “Can we go further, can we make a differnece?” Of course, yes. We are currently working toward our goal of building Shipping Container homes and to make them Net Zero or Near Net Zero (which lines up with our next philosophy) for the less fortunate. Talk about a new kind of motivation, for new kind of generation. Power to the People, who give Power to more people!
3. Our Environment
Talk about being the right industry to make a difference. Our goal is to be the most innovative and sustainable company in the residential/commercial market. We aim to building cost effective but energy efficient systems to suit our customers budget and needs in the time frame they need it in. Power to Mother Nature!
