We had the pleasure of hiring the team at GeoFlo to install a high efficiency furnace along with a new hot water tank a few months back. Originally we were going to have just the hot water tank replaced due to failure but Ken recommended that we replace our out dated inefficient furnace with a 98% efficiency York furnace. Once Ken found out how much we were paying for our heating bill, he took care of everything. The GeoFlo crew came a few days later and did all the installs and took care of all the details even though we weren’t home for most of the installation. The crew was fast, efficient, did excellent workmanship and answered any and all questions when we asked them. Since having everything installed our overall gas/heating bill has dropped around $200.00/month which is absolutely amazing. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs any HVAC work, they are professional and very down to earth company with high standards in everything they do. I am sending this letter to express my sincere appreciation to Ken from GeoFlo Energy Services for his strong customer service. I would not hesitate in recommending GeoFlo to my friends ( and I have). Ken and his staff installed a combination radiant hot water heating system and instant domestic hot water system. It was touted as a maintenance free system that is 98% efficient so should save us money and be reliable.
GeoFlo stands behind their work and fixes any problems. I know because the system we bought was a lemon! Yup the piece of junk just did not do what the sales brochure stated. We awoke a few weekends with no hot water and a cold basement. So why am I writing a letter of recommendation? I phoned GeoFlo multiple times and a repair person and/or the owner always came through. I am sure wives were not impressed to have husbands disappear on Saturday morning to fix my system – but someone always promptly responded and was apologetic for the system not working. The company took the manufacturer on, and they gave me a new system which was installed. So, GeoFlo sold me a lemon but they also fixed the problem. In my mind what else would you ask for from a company – stand behind your product and when it fails fix it. I said to my wife a few times, I am thankful we went with a company that charges a fair price and stands behind its product.
